Stress During Exams
Stress during examinations is something almost every young person experiences, even the ones who seem calm from the outside. Exams bring pressure, expectations, and the fear of not doing "enough," and these feelings can build up inside.
Helpful Techniques:
Soft Breathing
Inhale slowly through your nose, exhale even more slowly through your mouth.
Break It Down
Study in small, manageable chunks with breaks in between.
Write It Down
Put your thoughts and worries on paper to clear your mind.
Take Breaks
Short walks, stretching, or music can help recharge your brain.
Remember that exams are important, but they do not define your worth or your future. You are allowed to learn at your own pace, to ask for help, and to take breaks when needed.
